Denise joins the Day School team from New Brunswick, Canada where she grew up on an apple farm. After high school, she spent multiple years working and traveling through Europe, Asia and Latin America. She then returned to university to complete degrees in international development and elementary education. Denise is currently working on a master’s degree in international teaching. She has experience teaching throughout many countries, with most of her experience in China. Denise comes to Nicaragua with her 10-year-old son.
