Shaun Thomson is a Math and Science teacher from Sydney, Australia. Shaun holds a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education from Australian Catholic University and a BSc. Honours in Chemistry University of New South Wales. He has taught grades 7-11 math and science at Rosebank College for the last 7 years where he founded engaging extracurricular activities for students including  a week-long STEM project known as ‘Sumo-Junkbots’ which combined recycling with electronics, as well as a lunchtime Electronics Club. Shaun loves getting out in nature hiking and camping as well as diving. Other passions include flute playing and soil microbiology, both of which he is excited to incorporate into his role at SJDSDS!
